We had plenty of space for six adults and 4 children in the three levels. The kids loved the loft and their only complaint was that they wanted to stay longer. My daughter-in-law and her friend loved the location, close to the Silverthorne Outlet mall. The upper level had a great master suite.
We were able to prepare many great meals in the well appointed kitchen.
The management company was quick to respond to a heating issue. We are likely to return in the future.

The house was more than adequate for our family and the accommodations excellent. The kitchen and living space is very workable. We particularly enjoyed the small fox that visited us every evening on the deck. The one recommendation would be more hot pads or cloth towels in the kitchen. We cooked in alot and kept looking for hot pads.

Key to the Rockies is always a great management company. If you need anything during your stay, they are always ready to provide it. When we arrived at the Wirth home - a large, beautiful place to stay with great views - the sloped driveway was quite iced over. We called KTTR and they came with salt to clear up the problem. The location is between Dillon and Keystone so we had quick access to shopping, restaurants, and slopes.

Great home, beautiful setting. Not completely toddler-friendly as there is a loft with a ladder and associated fall risk. Lots of room though and a wonderful home. The washing machine was broken our entire vist (despite many calls to management) which was a bit frustrating with four kids under four. Besides that, we completely enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend it to others. We would consider staying there again.

I wanted to address the washer / dryer issue during your stay. I do apologize for it not working for most of your stay. I was under the impression that it worked towards the end. During your stay we were able to contact the homeowner and asked if we could purchase a new unit. The homeowners were very receptive and we ordered one immediately. I apologize we weren't able to get a new unit in during your stay. I hope that you will consider staying in this beautiful home in the future. Remember that as a repeat guest we give a 20% off discount to our valued guests.

Our family had a truly wonderful time. This home gave us warm memories we will cherish forever. It is the perfect place to wind down after a long day on the slopes. It was clean, cozy and relaxing and more than enough space to keep everyone happy. Preparing meals in the huge kitchen was easy -- top notch appliances and cookware. The views from every window were breathtaking. We also enjoyed the steamroom & hot spa at the clubhouse. The location is close to every slope in Summit County and convenient to shopping. The only drawback was minor -- wi-fi access was only available at the clubhouse. We really loved this mountain house!

We so much enjoyed staying at this home. The only thing that didn't work so well was the washer and dryer. But the location was great and it was easy to get to. We would definately stay there again.

The location of this house was great! It was cheerful, clean and had lots of storage. We especially enjoyed the deck and the large living area. Since it was near the lake, there were opportunities to walk or drive around to see the area. It was easy access to other places in CO also. I would certainly recommend the Wirth house to future renters.
Also, the people at Keys to the Rockies were helpful in locating this house in a short time. Thanks for a great stay.

We spent a great week at Keystone with spring like weather in January. This is the second time we have stayed at the Summerwood House.
The Summerwood house is perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 4 small kids. The one, two, one layout of the bedrooms (on three floors) is perfect for a little privacy and the loft at the fourth level is a hit with the kids. The views are great.
The house is well equipped and satisfied most all our needs. The third floor bedroom is very large and could have accomodated a couple of folding beds for kids.
There were minor inconveniences with a couple of the appliances. The Microwave didn't seem to have the power to do popcorn (or maybe it was the altitude) and the dryer had to run hours to dry a load of clothes.
The house was very clean and in good order when we arrived. Access is good; they keep the road from the highway clear of snow.
