The Solitude Chalet is located in the Summerwood neighborhood of Dillon, a short five minute drive into the heart of Keystone. Boasting one of the selected few pet friendly accommodations in Keystone, this private home is perfect for the family that just can’t leave their best friend at home! With four bedrooms, a den, a loft and three and a half baths, this 2,822 square foot home sleeps 12 people and is perfect for a family reunion, group of friends or small corporate retreat. Spanning over three floors the kitchen is located on the main level with a spacious island with four high backed wooden chairs for gathering around for après ski or a leisurely breakfast. Off of the kitchen is a formal dining room with a table large enough for six people and huge spread of food, perfect for the holidays. Off of the dining room is a small patio with a gas grill for both summer and winter grilling sessions. The living room’s large windows and vaulted ceilings provide the perfect setting to sit around the double sided river rock stone fireplace and take in the stunning mountain scenery. The living room has a leather couch and recliners for when you want to sit back and watch your favorite DVD. Right of the front entrance and living room is a small den perfect for a quiet getaway or a place for the kids to play. On the upper level you will find all four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a private bath with a beautiful stone shower and separate jetted tub. The other two guest bedrooms have queen beds. The lower level provides a small loft with a private entrance and small kitchenette. There is a twin trundle bed, along with a double bed. This area is also perfect for the kids to getaway and have their own little getaway. Guests of the Solitude Chalet are able to take advantage of the Summerwood Clubhouse. In the winter guests can use the fitness facility, racquet ball courts, basketball courts and indoor hot tub. In the summertime there is an outdoor pool and tennis courts. This property does not have a phone.
