This beautifully appointed single family home is located in the Summerwood neighborhood, just three miles from Keystone Resort and five miles from Dillon and Silverthorne. The gourmet kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances as well as a wine cooler, granite counter tops, and double door fridge. There is a large breakfast bar with six barstools for additional seating as well as a dining room table for eight. A lovely gas fireplace is nestled in the corner with a cozy sitting area that also boasts magnificent mountain views from every angle.
