All the bathrooms in the house, with the exception of the master bathroom, have imported Mexican ceramic sinks in bright hand painted colors.

The lower level family room is perfect for entertaining the family or a large group with multiple interests. This spacious room offers a large couch, 60” flat screen television, DVD player, stereo system on one end and walk out patio to the private outdoor hot tub. The other end of the room has a pool table/ping pong table, foosball table and shuffle board table, 3/4 bathroom and bar complete with bar stools for your pleasure.
