Located in the forested neighborhood of West Keystone the Lazy K house is a prime choice for large groups due to the modern furnishing, accommodating bedding and private outdoor hot tub. This private five bedroom, four bath home is 352 yards from the shuttle and a 1.3 mile drive to the slopes. Built in 1983 this home covers 2802 feet and three levels. When you walk into the front door you can walk upstairs to the main level where you will find vaulted ceilings that lead to the kitchen, main living room and a couple of the bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counter tops and tile flooring. There is an impressive dining room table in front of the French doors that lead to the upstairs deck with bench sitting and a table. There is dining seating for 21 people and place settings for 24 people. Back in the living room is a wood burning fireplace and leather furnishings to relax and make the plans for the rest of the trip. Down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, walk out patio and private bath. There are two other guest bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. If you make your way down to the lower level there is another living area with a wood burning fireplace and a mounted swivel flat screen television so you can watch the big game from the living room or wet bar. Right beside the wet bar is a walk out patio where you will find the hot tub and grill directly under the upstairs deck. The fire ring in the backyard is the perfect place to get the kids together to roast marshmallows and make Smores! There are two additional bedrooms on the lower level. One has four twin beds and the other has a king bed. If 14 people just aren’t enough you will find a pull out couch to bring the sleeping capacity up to 16 people. With all those people you are sure to have a couple of cars. Take advantage of the two car heated garage that comes equipped with ski storage and boot warmers. Take advantage of the extra heated space and challenge your friends to a ping pong tournament to make an ordinary garage into the ultimate hang out. Other amenities in the Lazy K home are wireless internet service, a classic Nintendo gaming system, two pack and plays for the little ones and a private washer and dryer.
