Jack Pine is located in the heart of the River Run Village a short 100 yard walk to the gondola and just steps from restaurants and retail shops. This three bedroom, three bath handicap accessible Jack Pine Condo was built in 1997 and spans 1384 square feet. This single level residence is located on the fourth floor allowing for beautiful forest views from the three large living room windows. Recently remolded this expansive condo has all new furnishings, tile floors and brand new appliances. When you walk into the property the kitchen will be on your right hand side with a small island in the middle with four barstools. The stainless steel appliances bring a slightly industrial feel to the natural wood work and granite counter tops. In between the living room and kitchen is a wooden table that seats six plus two additional with the drop leaf utilized. For additional seating you can use the barstools. The living room has a comfortable pull out couch with two oversized chairs to watch TV on the 46 inch flat screen. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a twin trundle bed that can serve as a lounging couch and a TV. One guest bedroom has a queen bed while the other has a king bed with yet another TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests will enjoy all the comforts of home with a washer and dryer, three TVs with DVD / VCR players and wireless internet. The Dakota outdoor pool and hot tub are available to all Jack Pine guests if they choose not to use their own hot tub.
