Nestled in the intimate forest along the Keystone Ranch Golf Course this four bedroom plus den, five and a half bath private home is six miles to the slopes of Keystone Ski Resort. Built in 1981 this 4100 square foot home covers three levels. Guests of this home enjoy access to the seasonal clubhouse with an outdoor pool and hot tub. When you walk into the main level there will be a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. With a 50 inch flat screen television, pool table, stereo and large leather couches this is the place where everyone will congregate to. Off of the living room is a large circular dining room table for seven with a lazy susan in the middle to help pass around dinner at large family meals. After dinner is over gather round the piano while some strikes up a group sing along. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances in this impressive kitchen. Guests can site around the island and talk about the day’s adventures on the four oversized bar stools. Upstairs in this Key To The Rockies home you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, chaise lounging chair and private bath with a soaking tub. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed with a plush down comforter and decorative pillows, a flat screen television and a wood burning fireplace to set the mood. Directly off of this room is a private bathroom with soaking tub. The last guest bedroom on the upper level has a queen bed, flat screen television and private bathroom. Make your way down to the lower level and you will find a bedroom with a twin bunk bed. Guests will enjoy soaking in the four person jetted tub or hop in the sauna to relax your muscles after a long day. There is queen sleeper sofa in the living room that allows for 12 people to sleep comfortably in the Iris home. The wrap around deck gives way to an impressive view of the mountain range in the distance while grilling out. For added convenience there is two car garage, wireless internet service and a washer and dryer.
