Built in 1995, Black Bear Lodge is located in River Run Village with a short 50 yard walk to the Keystone Ski Resort gondola. This one level Keystone vacation rental is a 705 square foot one bedroom, one bath condo located on the top floor of the complex. The corner unit has many windows providing tremendous views of the ski slopes and the Rocky Mountain range. This Key To The Rockies condo is nicely decorated with leather furniture, and guests also appreciate the lodge’s underground parking, outdoor hot tub, ski lockers, complementary pool table, and laundry facilities. Guests may also take advantage of an outdoor pool and an additional hot tub at the nearby Dakota complex. The dining room table seats four and the adjacent kitchen counter includes three bar stools for additional seating. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed (new mattress as of November 2010) and a flat screen television. Guests may also utilize the living room’s queen sofa sleeper for additional capacity. The unit includes wireless internet and a flat screen, HDTV hosting HBO, music channels, and the availability of Pay-Per–View programming. The unit also includes a CD and DVD player along with a collection of complementary DVD movies. This condominium received new carpeting in the fall of 2011.
