Built in 1995, Black Bear Lodge is located in River Run Village with a short 50 yard walk to the Keystone Ski Resort gondola. This one level, 930 square foot two bedroom, two bath Key To The Rockies condo is located on the second floor of the complex and, as a corner unit, has many windows providing tremendous views of the ski slopes and the Rocky Mountain range. Nicely decorated and furnished, this Keystone vacation rental has a leather couch and chairs, granite counter tops, an electric patio grill and wireless internet. The condominium received new carpet throughout in the fall of 2011. Guests may enjoy this peaceful mountain getaway while utilizing Black Bear Lodge’s underground parking, outdoor hot tub, ski lockers, complementary pool table, and laundry facilities. Guests may also take advantage of an outdoor pool and an additional hot tub at the nearby Dakota complex. The dining room table seats four and the adjacent kitchen counter includes three bar stools for additional seating. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed complete with brand new mattress as of November 2010 and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom sleeps three in a captain bunk bed. The unit is also equipped with a queen sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms have flat screen televisions and the living room has a flat screen HDTV hosting HBO, music channels, and the availability of Pay-Per-View programming. The unit also includes a CD and DVD player along with a collection of complementary DVD movies.
