East Keystone is located less than 2 miles from River Run Village which is the heart of Keystone ski area with easy access to lifts, shopping, dining and nightlife. The Village is a quaint, European-style design and is alive year-round with concerts, festivals, local parades and more. Enjoy world-class shopping and dining and lively après ski events. The gondola picks up skiers and riders from the River Run Village, offering access to all three of Keystone’s legendary peaks: Dercum Mountain, North Peak and The Outback.
The location of East Keystone is perfect for all seasons and offers great views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. If you are attending an event at the Conference Center, Warren Station, a summer festival or just enjoying a winter vacation, you can take the free Keystone Resort shuttle which will take you to various stops within Keystone. Bike and hiking trails are also outside your door, where you can choose a casual outing along the paths next to the Snake River or get a great work-out trekking up Keystone Mountain. If you want to take in the incredible views of the Rocky Mountains without the uphill trek, you can always take the gondola up to the top and have a mountain top picnic and hike amidst the wildflowers offering great photo opportunities.
To see more of the area, you are also a short walk away to the Summit County Stage bus stop which offers complimentary service to Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon and Silverthorne. From the Key To The Rockies office, proceed to Highway 6 and turn right
For Ski Tip: Take the Montezuma Road exit and continue straight through the stop sign.
Proceed approximately .5 mile up Montezuma Road. Turn right at the “Ski Tip Ranch” sign, onto Alhambra Road
For Trappers Crossing: Take the Montezuma Road exit and continue straight through the stop sign for .6 of a mile. Continue past W. Independence Road on your right, take a right onto Independence Rd. Take the 1st left onto Trappers Crossing Trail, building 45 is the 1st building on the left and unit #8752 is located on the ground floor at the end of the building.
