Directions to Key To The Rockies reception office: 

Our reception office is located at 23024 US Highway 6, Suite 202. If you are coming from I-70, take exit 205 (Silverthorne/Dillon/Keystone). Proceed approximately 7.5 miles east on Highway 6 toward Keystone. You will PASS the Keystone Condominium Check-in and the Keystone Lodge. Turn right onto Rasor Drive, then take an immediate left. Key To The Rockies is located in the three story brown building. Parking is available in the upper parking lot. Please do not attempt to check in at the Keystone Condominium Check-in, the Keystone Lodge, or the Keystone Inn. If you have difficulty finding Key To The Rockies, please contact us at 800.248.1942.

Key To The Rockies Policies

Payment Policy
An initial deposit of two nights' lodging is required at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date or due by 45 days for Christmas/New Years Holiday bookings. Key To The Rockies reserves the right to charge credit cards on payment dates.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your vacation package is nonrefundable. For Holiday bookings, a $50 handling fee will be charged on cancellations made outside of 45 days and should you cancel within 45 days your vacation package is nonrefundable. Key To The Rockies reserves the right to withhold full deposits and cancel any reservation if final payment is not received in compliance with our payment policies. Please inquire about purchasing Travel Insurance (call 1-800-248-1898 to purchase the plan).

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, cash, checks and money orders.

Accommodation Rates, Tax and Surcharges
Condominium rates are subject to local taxes and surcharges. Prices are subject to change. Total tax and surcharge rates are 10.775% for Keystone and Dillon; with the exception of 11.275% for Ski Tip, Trappers Crossing, Settlers Creek, River Meadows, Timbers, Lone Eagle and River Run Village properties.

Housekeeping Service

Prior to arrival, each unit is cleaned and provided with fresh linens, towels and consumable goods such as soaps, paper products and firewood. Published rates do not include daily housekeeping service. Stays of four nights or more receive a complimentary towel change and trash removal midway through stay. Stays of eight nights or more receive a complimentary linen and towel change along with trash removal midway through stay. Daily housekeeping is available. Please call for details.

Every effort will be made to provide equal accommodations. Key To The Rockies is not held responsible for any inconvenience, damage, injury, or loss to persons or properties, directly or indirectly due to weather, negligence or wrongful act by outside booking agent or independent recreational company beyond the direct control of Key To The Rockies.

Pet Policy

Sorry we cannot allow pets in our properties.  The only exception is the Solitude Chalet and that requires a $200 pet deposit.

Check In / Check Out

Check is at 4P.  You are welcome to call our office on the date of your arrival to inquire whether we are able to check you in earlier.

Check out is 10A.  We ask that you return the keys to the office.  If the keys are not returned we will charge your credit card $10 per key at check out.
