  Overall the place was nice and appropriate for the price. The details need a bit of attention, though. For example, all three sets of sheets were clearly not clean -- each had several hairs on pillowcases and sheets were just not fresh looking. Don't know how that got missed, but it was not a nice first impression. Also, the master bath hot water line is rusted, apparently, as the water runs distinctly brown for about 5 minutes and always had a bit of metallic smell. Might be nice to provide cable guide info in the room so guests can locate channels; nobody at the desk could answer our questions and there was no info to be found in the unit. Otherwise, nice stay.

As soon as you called in the issue to the front desk we had a staff member come over with all new sheets for all the beds and remake them immediately. With the master bath water we have had a maintenance person go over and test the water to see what the issue is. We have not been able to duplicate the problem and have never had any issues with the water in any Tenderfoot units in the past, so hopefully this was a one time issue. As far as the cable guide. Key To The Rockies does provide an in room guide. Sometimes these accidentally get thrown out during cleaning. We have put another guide into the unit. Once again we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to find issues that we are not aware of and correct them before the next guest arrives.   Key to the Rockies staff was very helpful with all aspects of our stay. They are friendly, accomadating and deliver what is asked. This unit had wonderful bedding! Great mattresses and linens. It was so comfortable sleeping here. The Flat screen TV and DVD player were excellent. We watched the Olympics and it really made it enjoyable. The unit is right above the garage door which can be annoying if you are going to bed early after a long ski day.

I apologize about the noise coming from the garage door. We haven't had any complainants in the past about this. The Tenderfoot complex is a much sought out complex because of its location.
