Our first trip out west to ski was great. Key to the Rockies staff was the best rental staff we've ever had. The condo was well furnished. A bit outdated (kitchen and bath). Christmas decorations were still up at Holy Week but the other decor was nice. Really nice space for family of 4. Nice hot tub and heated pool. Excellent location in Keystone with short drive to Dillion and great dinner in Keystone at "The Snake." Nice discount rentals at Snow Dance Sports. Ski'd in Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail.
At the beggining it was a little difficult for us to find the office of Key to the Rockies to get our chec-in done.Since at the vouchers sent by ski.com there isnt enough directions to arrive. But later check-in was somehow easy. We arrived at the box where we found the keys and more precise directions, and that was useful. By those days we found it was pretty nice, clean and confortable. It`s well located. We found all we needed for a pleasant stay, clean towels, amenities, and a full equiped kitchen. We felt at home. What we liked the best was how well equiped the house is. I think that what I missed was only a sewing kit, I lost one button and i couldnt sew it again. When we arrived the temperature was a bit high, and it felt very dry. Maybe getting the humidifier before our arrival would have helped. The tv were a bit small. But at the end it was a very nice place to spend our holidays, i would love to come back.
This unit was clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, well maintained, and well worth the money.
