My family really enjoyed the Snowdance Manor. It was very comfortable and the skiing was great. We could walk a short distance to the lift and we would highly recommend Snowdance Manor as a great place to stay!

The staff at Key To The Rockies were great to work. They were VERY accommodating and super to work with. The home was clean, well stocked kitchen, & was a perfect fit for our family. The location was just the right distance to walk to and from the Peru Ski lift at Mountain House with kids and equipment. We loved the close proximity to restaurants and bars. The only thing we would improve upon would be the lighting in the bedrooms and closets.

Great condo with a wonderful view. Easy walking distance from slopes. Only thing I could suggest would be TV's in the bedrooms and a hair dryer in the bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and confortable furniture. Would ask for this condo again.

The layout was perfect for our group, nice and spreadout and the three full baths was a great bonus! Location is perfect and walking to the slopes each day was a breeze. The price point was very reasonable and the place was enjoyed by all! Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were terrific too fo rthe adults and kids.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for taking the time to review us. Don't forget the next time you will get an even better rate for being a return guest!

This was our family's first trip to Keystone and didn't know what to expect. The room was very nice, well kept and clean. The building itself was also kept very clean and in good repair. The pool/hottub area spotless and warm, a plus during a Colorado winter. The underground parking was nice since it snowed almost every night we were there and we didn't have to worry about cleaning off the car. The room sleeps 8 counting the fold out couch, so we were disappointed when we went to use it the first night and found the webbing that holds up the mattress had been completely torn out at the foot. We notified the management the next morning and they had someone there to REPLACE the sleeper inside the sofa that evening, so our son had a nice new bed to sleep on the rest of our stay. Very good customer service. They most likely didn't know the bed had been damaged before we notified them and we were very happy with how quickly they made it right. The only other problem was the dishwasher didn't get the dishes clean, so we ended up hand-washing a lot of dishes. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we were very impressed. It was a great home-away-from-home for the week we stayed.

I appreciate your open and honest review of your stay in Snow Dance 409. I appreciate you bringing it to our attention that sleeper sofa could use some repair. I am glad we were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I will follow up with our housekeeping and see if they can do some tests on the dishwasher. If it needs to be replaced we would be happy to contact the homeowner to see if this is something they would consider.

One never knows what you might get from the internet but I give a high five to the stay with the Key to the Rockies group. The condo was clean, well equipped and most comfortable making our family Christmas pleasant and something special. I only wish I had known about all the room had to offer, DVD player, TV's, all the luxuries of home but in a fabulous surrounding, close to the slopes and town. Will definitely do it again. Thanks

The unit was large, cozy, and a good value. It is just a short 5-min walk to the lifts at Keystone and next to a great little pub and restaurant and ski rental. There was tons of cut firewood on the balcony that we used daily. Only issue was that the DVD player did not work. Other minor problem, is that you need an outside key to get into the building, which is a problem for guests and kids.

Plain and simple. Our accomidations were a great "bang" for our "buck" Everyhting was more than we hoped for. Only down side ,the mattresses in the loft were very hard and not good for resting after a day on the slops. besides that the "home" came with everything you would need for a wonderful stay.

Everyone at the Key to the Rockies office was very nice and helpful. The condo was clean and pretty spacious, and the rooms comfortable. The location is nice - close to walking trails, River Run etc. We were there in August, but I'd imagine it would be pretty fantastic in the winter as well. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very dissappointed with our stay in this particular condo. The view was of a parking lot, with a bar across the street. Without air conditioning or fans, we had to sleep with the windows open and the noise at the bar kept us up awake at night. In addition, the condo had a stale odor. The carpet was stained and the decor was dated.

We apologize that you were not satisfied with your rental. Since your visit the home owners have gone ahead and updated the property. They have replaced the carpet and put tile in the kitchen. They have also painted and updated some of the pictures. Feel free to look through some of the pictures online. Snowdance Manor is a popular spot for its location close to nightlife and dining as well as the slopes. I hope that you will consider staying at at this property again in the future. All of our repeat guests get 20% off their next stay for being a valued guest.

I am from Colorado however I now live in Florida. My boyfriend and I wanted to ski in Colorado so I searched all over the internet to find a condo in the mountains for us to stay in with my Godfather. This condo was beautiful, it was very clean and had a great view. It was also very quiet. It was very close to the slopes, we walked. This condo was a great deal, and the hot tub was great to relax in after a day of skiing! My boyfriend proposed on the mountain while we were skiing so this will always be a place to remember!

This Unit had a great location, BUT the furniture was DISGUSTING. I had to get extra sheets and cover the couchs - there was a "Pee" smell on the big couch and the pull-out bed was disgusting - did NOT USE. I had to have the cleaning crew bring clean bed covers, they stunk. The bathroom floors were not clean when we arrived. I cleaned them myself. The dirt that you could see behind the TV unit as you walked into the master bedroom was GROSS. All rugs need changed out, coffee maker was broke. With little $, it could be really nice, just NEEDS A MAJOR DEEP CLEANING & NEW(ER) FURNITURE!

Regrettably, Julie's remarks were all valid. As a result of this experience, we have chosen to take immediate action to remove this property from our rental inventory until such time that the owner of the condo decides to refurbish the interior. I've also discussed the cleaning issues with our staff and reviewed our cleaning procedures to ensure this disruption in service is avoided in the future. I would like to note that we did offer to move Julie to more suitable accomodations but she declined our offer. In an effort to compensate her for this unpleasant experience I have invited her to stay with Key To The Rockies again as our guest on a complimentary basis. We'd like to demonstrate to her that this experience is not characteristic of our hospitality. Mike Magliocchetti General Manager, Key To The Rockies

Have stayed at this property several times now (5); love the location and proximity to the slopes ( Peru Express). The room was okay; found stained comforter and sheets up on the loft. One of the other bedrooms was smelly (mildew smell). Would have liked a radio or CD player.

We really enjoyed this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo in Keystone! We cooked most of our meals in the condo which worked well for us. The kitchen was nice. The fireplace was wonderful to have after a long day on the slopes. The living room area was great and there was plenty of space for four of us. There was plenty of hot water, but the water would suddenly become very hot or very cold for a minute and then return to moderate for no obvious reason. The hot tub was very nice for relaxing after a day of skiing. The slopes and the Mountain House (where we rented our skis) were just a short walk away. Parking in a covered deck was a definite plus too. We had an awesome dinner at the Ski Tip Lodge, which is just a short drive from the condo. Make sure and make reservations. The food was amazing and the staff was incredibly knowledgable about fine dining. We would definitely recommend it!

This condo was very conveniently located near the slops at Keystone, we just walked to the lifts nearby. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen, etc for cooking and serving. The extra big couches in living room gave us extra room for friends. The loft upstairs with hugh bathroom was great for all the kids. My only wish would have been for a coat-type closet either in the room, or just outside the room for boots and gear, as we had it all over the floor, just inside the door in the way!! (there is a "ski locker" downstairs in the lobby, but not for boots and other stuff that you want to wear to your rooms.) Also, no laundry in this unit. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!!

We are neighbors of the Magliacettis in Silverthorne, and we were having a family reunion, we trusted Key to the Rockies put our family in a nice unit for the week they were visiting us. Our faith in them proved correct---it was a great unit, they had the privacy they needed and enjoyed the facilities available as well. We will definitely use Key to the Rockies again when we have out of town visitors we can't accomodate at our home. Thanks for all your help!

A little hard to locate at first, so I had to call the person who we rented from for exact location, after that it was a breeze. We found the unit to be very clean, one bedroom and bath were updated, the second bedroom and bathroom needed a little facelift. The dinning room table was great, but the chairs were very uncomfortable, and you could barely reach the table they were so low. But, all in all the view was great, the kitchen great, living room very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone. Loved it. Regard, Carol

Condo was real nice and adecuate for comfortability. The only thing that was a little bit unconfortable was with the ski boots. We did not have a proper place to store them during night and we had to put them inside the apartment when we also did not have any place for that. We had a big TV in livingf room but we could never get the remote for that TV. Small issues really. People at Key to the rockies were always friendlly and very warm

I owned this unit for 10 years before selling it last year. I have now rented it twice and the new owners have done a nice job of updating the unit. It's very convenient to the slopes and the building is very well maintained. 408 is a very spacious unit with 3 baths and more living space than most ski area condos. I'd strongly recommend this condo for skiers needing room for 6-10 people!
